Privacy Policy of GISP
In GISP, we understand how important it is for you how your personal information is processed and transmitted, and we pay special attention to protecting your privacy. We ask you to review the Privacy Policy outlined here. By using our platform in any way, you acknowledge that you are aware of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your information in accordance with its terms.
Please note that the use of GISP Services is governed by all applicable terms of use and/or service provision (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Service”), which include this Privacy Policy. You can review them by following the link to Terms of Use.
This policy consists of three main parts: information for portal visitors and potential clients, details for program managers, and information for program participants.
Developer and Owner of the Portal
The portal https://gisp.tech/ is owned by LLC “GISP”, a limited liability company registered at the following address: 04213, Ukraine, Kyiv, Volodymyra Ivasyuka Avenue 42-V, Apt. 25, and listed in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine under number 45670571.
Portal visitors and potential GISP clients
We collect and store certain personal data when you visit our portal or contact us to express interest in GISP and its services. During your use of the portal, we may also gather information through standard data collection tools such as cookies and web beacons.
Cookies are small data files that we store on your device. They cannot personally identify you, but they can identify your web browser. If you choose not to provide your data to GISP, for example, by creating an account or filling out a web form, you remain anonymous to us. Some cookies function only during an active session and are automatically deleted after you close your browser or turn off your device. Others, called persistent cookies, remain on your device even after you close your browser or turn off your computer.
Web beacons are transparent electronic images that can identify specific information on your computer, such as cookies, when viewing a particular website or service associated with the web beacon.
1. What Information we collect:
Information we collect directly from you
When you express interest in using the platform’s services, GISP may ask you to provide personal contact information, such as your first and last name, email address, account password, company name, logo, year of establishment, address, phone number, as well as additional information regarding the nature of your organization and your planned use of our services.
Information we collect about you from other sources
- Usage data. We collect information about your use of our services whenever you interact with them. This may include the web pages you visit, your clicks, the time at which you perform these actions, and so on. Additionally, like most portals, our web servers maintain logs that record access data. These logs contain information about each access, including IP addresses, internet service providers, files viewed on our portal (such as HTML pages, images, etc.), operating system versions, and time stamps.
- Device data. We collect information from the device and application you use to access our portal, including your IP address, operating system version, device type, system and performance metrics, as well as browser type. We may also determine your geographic location and the organization you are associated with based on your IP address.
- Source data. If you accessed our portal from another resource (e.g., through a link on another website or in an email), we record information about the source that directed you to us.
- Information from third parties. We may collect your personal information or data from third parties if you have given permission for these third parties to share your information with us.
- Information from cookies and web beacons. We use third-party services for tracking, which apply cookies and web beacons to collect aggregated and anonymous data about visitors to our portal. This data includes usage statistics and user information. The emails we send may contain web beacons that allow us to know when you open these emails and click on links within them. This helps us assess the effectiveness of our email campaigns and improve email delivery and open rates. GISP may also use web beacons to display targeted advertising on third-party platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, for users who have visited our portal and later visit these sites.
- Public sources. We may collect information from public sources and other resources available online. This may include data published on public platforms, websites, in open reports or research, as well as from other open sources that do not require special access.
2. How we use the collected information:
- To improve our services. We use cookies to track the usage of our portal and collect data about sources, as well as sometimes to show you different versions of content.
- For marketing purposes and content personalization. We use the collected information to determine which of our services may be most relevant to you and to offer those services. We or our service providers may use cookies and/or web beacons when you visit our portal or open our emails in order to provide more personalized marketing content and assess its effectiveness and usefulness.
We do not consider cookies to be harmful; however, you can choose to disable or delete them through your browser settings. Please refer to your browser’s documentation for instructions. Please note that this may affect your ability to use our services. Using cookies ensures a more convenient experience on our platform. By using our platform and agreeing to this privacy policy, you give your explicit consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.
- Online tracking. Currently, we do not process or respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals from web browsers or other similar mechanisms that indicate a request to disable online tracking for individual users visiting our portal or using our services, partly because there is no widely accepted industry standard for DNT, as agreed upon by industry groups, technology companies, or regulators.
3. Who we share or disclose your information to:
We may share your information with interested parties if necessary to fulfill our obligations to you or to provide our services. This may include partners, service providers, or other organizations involved in the process of executing an agreement or collaborating with you. We ensure that these parties adhere to high standards of confidentiality and data protection and use your information only for the purposes for which it was provided. Additionally, we may provide access to the collected information catalog to all users of our platform, allowing them to explore the opportunities and offerings available on the platform.
4. Your rights regarding your information:
- Update your personal information directly on the platform. If you wish to update any data we store about you, you can do so through your account on our platform.
- Access to and correction of your personal information. Account owners and other individuals who have a legitimate right to know whether we store their personal information can access this information and request its correction, updating, or deletion, where appropriate. However, these rights may have exceptions, such as when providing access may affect the privacy of others. Requests to exercise these rights can be sent to [email protected]. We are committed to responding to your request in a reasonable time frame and, if required by law or where appropriate and feasible, fulfilling your request.
- Deletion of your information. You can contact [email protected] with a request to delete any data we store about you on our platform.
5. Security and other important information:
- Security. We strive to ensure the proper and careful handling of your personal information and data. If you have any concerns about the security of your personal data, please contact us at [email protected].
- Data location. Our servers and those of our service providers are located in various locations, meaning that your personal information may be stored in multiple locations.
- Child safety. Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and their use by such individuals is prohibited. GISP does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16 and does not allow them to register. If we discover that we have collected personal data from such an individual, we may delete this information without notice. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us at [email protected].
- Data verification and deletion. During the data collection process, we verify the information, and if it fails verification, we reserve the right to delete this data from our platform and refuse to provide services.
Program Managers
The GISP platform is used to manage programs, applications, and other business processes, as well as to organize contact databases and various other information. All these programs, business processes, and database usage are collectively referred to as “Programs,” while the data collected through applications, forms, and contact databases is referred to as “Program Data.”
Our platform is used by two types of users:
- Program Managers — individuals and organizations who create, manage, and administer programs;
- Program Participants — individuals and organizations who apply to these programs, review submitted information, or otherwise participate in these programs.
Since the types of information we receive from program managers and program participants, as well as the methods of processing it, differ, this section of our privacy policy is divided into two parts: “Privacy policy for program managers” and “Privacy policy for program participants.”
If you manage a program:
- Your program data belongs to you. GISP acts as a processor or custodian of this data. We do not sell email addresses or other program data. Our access to program data is limited solely to the purpose of providing our services. We treat all personal information entered by you or the participants of your program on the platform as confidential and do not use it for purposes unrelated to you or our services, except in the specific cases outlined below or if you have explicitly given us permission to do so.
- Program data storage. Program data is stored on secure servers located in countries within the European Union.
1. What information we collect:

- Usage data.We collect information about how you use our services when you interact with them. This may include, for example, the web pages you view, the items you click on, and the timestamps of these actions. - Device data.We collect information from the device and application you use to access our services, such as your IP address, operating system version, device type, system and performance details, and browser type. Additionally, we may determine your geographic location based on your IP address.
2. How we use the collected information:
We typically use the information collected from you to provide our services to you and your program participants on your behalf. Below are the specific ways we use this information.
To provide you with our services:
- This includes providing you with customer implementation and support services, including platform setup, creating application forms, and resolving technical issues.
- Some features of our platform may process program data and your account information in an anonymized and aggregated form. We may provide statistical reports based on such data to you and other program managers.
- If you link your GISP account with a third-party account (such as Google), we may use the information you provide from these third-party services to offer additional features, services, and personalized content.

When transmitting and collecting this information, you may share it with the individuals or organizations managing such applications and websites, and your information may be accessible to other users of these platforms. We do not own or control these third-party applications and websites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these resources to ensure you agree with how they use your data.
For the administration of our services, we use your information, including some program data, for limited purposes:
- To monitor, support, and improve our services, we conduct statistical and other analyses of the information we collect (including usage data, device data, referral data, and page tag information) to analyze and measure user behavior and trends, understand how people use our services, and also to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve our services, including assisting in the evaluation or development of new features. If we publish such data, no specific program manager or participant will be identified unless we have obtained their explicit consent.
- To facilitate account creation and sign-in process. If you choose to link your GISP account with a third-party account, we use the information you allow us to collect from these third parties to make the account creation and sign-in process easier.

We may provide:
- Access to your information to our service providers. These providers assist us in delivering our services, and we grant their representatives access to your information only to the extent necessary to perform their tasks.
