Please note that access to and use of our Services (as defined below) is only available if you comply with the following rules. If you do not agree with all of the terms outlined, you are not permitted to use or access the Services.
Changes to these terms:
As we continually improve our services, the Terms of Use may also be subject to changes. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of changes, we will notify you by posting an appropriate announcement on the website https://gisp.tech/ or by sending an email.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may reject them. Unfortunately, in this case, you will no longer be able to use our services. If you continue using the platform after the changes take effect, it means that you accept all the updates.

Basics of using GISP:
To access the platform, you must create an account, choose a username, and set a password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You may not choose a username that you do not have the right to use or enter someone else’s data for deceptive purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all actions taken through your account.
You confirm that you have reached the legal age for registration on the platform or have obtained consent from parents or guardians to use the Services and their confirmation of accepting these Terms. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws. If the use of the Services is prohibited by law, you are not permitted to use them. We are not responsible for any legal violations that occur while using the Services.
Your use of the platform is subject to the following additional terms:
You confirm, guarantee, and agree that you will not post any Content or User Materials (as defined below) or use the Services or interact with them in a manner that:
- Violates the intellectual property or other rights of third parties (including GISP);
- Threatens the security of your account or other users’ accounts;
- Attempts to obtain passwords, accounts, or other protective information from other users;
- Violates the security of any computer network or cracks passwords or encryption codes;
- Uses auto-responders or “spam” on the Services, or any processes that operate or are activated when you are not logged into the platform, or otherwise interfere with the normal functioning of the Services (including creating excessive load on the platform infrastructure);
- “Bypasses,” “scrapes,” or “crawls” any page, data, or part of the Services or Content (using manual or automated tools);
- Copies or stores any substantial part of the Content;
- Decompiles, reverse engineers, or otherwise attempts to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information related to the Services.
Violation of any of these terms is grounds for termination of your right to use or access the platform.
Your rights in GISP:
Materials available through the Services, such as text, graphics, data, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, program compliance, etc. (collectively referred to as “Content”), are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree to comply with all copyright notices, trademark usage rules, and restrictions contained in any Content available through the platform. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, license, sell, or otherwise use Content that does not belong to you, (i) without the prior consent of the Content owner or (ii) in a manner that infringes the rights of others (including GISP).
You also acknowledge that GISP owns the Services and that you do not have the right to alter, publish, transmit, participate in the transmission or sale, reproduce (except as specified in this section), create derivative works based on the Services, or otherwise use them in any way.
By using the platform or sending us emails, you agree to receive electronic communications from us. We may contact you via email or post notifications on the website https://gisp.tech/. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.
Granting licenses to the company or other users:
Any information you upload, share, store, or otherwise provide through the platform is your “User Submission.” To provide you with the best service options in your field, you grant us certain rights to these User Submissions. Please note that all the following licenses are governed by our GISP Privacy Policy if they relate to User Submissions that are also your personally identifiable information.
For all User Submissions, including those that are only accessible to you, you grant the Company a license to translate, modify, reproduce, and perform other actions with such User Submissions, in each case, so that we can provide the Services as described in these Terms. This is only a license — your ownership rights in the User Submissions remain unchanged.
You grant the Company a license to translate, modify, reproduce, and perform other actions with your User Submissions, including those only accessible to you, in order to ensure the platform functions according to these Terms. This is a license, and your ownership rights in the User Submissions remain unchanged.
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, improvements, or requests regarding the functionality of the platform (“Public User Submission”), you grant the Company the licenses described above, as well as a license to display, perform, and distribute your Public User Submission to make it available to all GISP users and provide the necessary Services for this. Additionally, you grant us all other rights necessary to use and implement these rights for the Public User Submission within the Services for any purpose, and GISP will attempt to notify you if your Public User Submission is used for a purpose other than publication within the Services.
You agree that the licenses you grant are free, perpetual, transferable to third parties, irrevocable, and worldwide, provided that after deleting your GISP account, we will stop displaying your User Submissions (except for Public User Submissions, which may remain accessible). You understand that full deletion of all your content from GISP archives may be impossible.
You understand and agree that to provide Services to users (including you), GISP may need to make changes to your User Submissions to adapt them to the technical requirements of networks, devices, services, or media. The aforementioned licenses include the rights to make such changes.
Actions in case of copyright infringement on the platform:
We adhere to the principles of respecting the intellectual property rights of others and have the right to remove or restrict access to content that is deemed to violate such rights, as well as suspend the accounts of repeat offenders. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us at info@gisp.tech.
Responsibility for what i see and do on the platform:
All information or content that is publicly posted or privately transmitted through the platform is the sole responsibility of the person providing such content. You access this information and content at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in these materials or for any damages or losses that may occur in connection with them. We are not able to control or are not obligated to act on how you interpret or use this content, nor what actions you take after reviewing it. You release us from any responsibility for content you have or have not received through the platform.
You are responsible for all content you provide on the platform in any way, and you confirm that you have all necessary rights to provide such content as you have provided it. You agree to keep all your registration information accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all activities related to your use of the platform. We have the right to parse history from other sources on the Internet and update information in the catalog about you, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of this information, nor for any intellectual property violations related to such information.
The platform may contain links or connections to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GISP. When you access third-party websites or use their services, you assume responsibility for any risks that may arise, and GISP is not responsible for these risks. We recommend that you exercise caution when leaving the platform and review the terms of use and privacy policies of any third-party website or service you visit or use.
GISP has no control over the content, accuracy, privacy policies, practices, or opinions expressed on third-party websites or services with which you interact through the platform. Furthermore, GISP is not able to monitor, verify, censor, or edit the content of third-party websites or services. By using the platform, you release us from any liability for the use of third-party websites or services.
Your interaction with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the platform, including payment and delivery of goods or services, as well as any terms, warranties, or representations related to such transactions, is solely between you and those organizations and/or individuals. You should perform any necessary checks that you deem appropriate or required before engaging in any online or offline transaction with any third party. You agree that GISP is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from such transactions.
In the event of a dispute between participants on this website or between users and third parties, you agree that GISP is not obligated to participate in resolving such disputes. If you have a conflict with one or more other users, you release GISP, its directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, demands, and damages of any kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of such disputes and/or the use of our Services.
Changes to platform services:
We are continuously working on improving our Services, so they may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue certain parts of the platform, add new features, or restrict access to some features or parts of the platform. We will try to notify you of significant changes that could negatively impact you, but this is not always possible. We also have the right to remove any Content from the platform at any time and for any reason (including if someone claims that you violated these Terms by uploading that Content), at our discretion, without prior notice.
Cost of using the platform:
The cost of using the platform is determined individually, based on the request. After registration and based on the user’s request, you will be provided with information about the rates. The stated rates may change with at least one month’s prior notice.
Termination of platform use:
To terminate your use of GISP, you can initiate the account deletion process from your Profile. Once confirmed, the deletion will be completed.
After deletion, all services and access to the platform will be terminated, and no refunds will be provided for unused services or partial billing periods.
GISP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the platform or account at its sole discretion and for any reason, including violations of these Terms. The Company has the sole authority to determine whether there has been a violation on your part regarding any of these Terms.
Please note that upon account deletion, all content associated with your account may be permanently destroyed. If you believe your account was deleted by mistake, please contact us at info@gisp.tech, and we will attempt to assist you. However, we do not guarantee the restoration of content.
Provisions that by their nature should remain in effect after termination of these Terms will continue to apply, including payment obligations, liability limitations, ownership and intellectual property terms, and dispute resolution conditions.
By using our Services, you agree to these termination terms and any possible future changes.
Important to know:
Disclaimer of warranties.GISP and its licensors or suppliers make no representations regarding the content available through the platform and are not responsible for its accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or ethicality. We do not guarantee the quality of services or products offered or purchased through the Services. All products and services are provided “as is,” without warranties from GISP or any other parties.
The Services and content are provided by GISP (and its licensors and suppliers) on an “as is” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, or that the use of the services will be uninterrupted and error-free.
Limitation of liability.To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances and under no legal theory (including, but not limited to, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise) will GISP (or its licensors or suppliers) be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, reputation, business interruption, errors in results, or computer failures. If you file a claim, the maximum compensation will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for services in the last 12 months. Additionally, the company is not liable for situations beyond its control.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GISP, its affiliates, employees, agents, partners, and officers from any costs, damages, claims (both direct and indirect), losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of third-party claims related to your use of the Services (including any actions taken by a third party through your account) and your violation of these Terms.
Assignment of rights. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations related to them, nor your account on the platform, without the prior written consent of GISP. We, on the other hand, have the right to assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent.
Choice of law. Waiver of class actions.These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in Ukraine, in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine, in courts with the appropriate jurisdiction, under the rules that are in effect at that time. The legal proceedings will be conducted in Ukrainian. However, each party retains the right to seek temporary or other equitable relief in court. You and GISP agree that any claims may only be brought individually, and not as a plaintiff or participant in a class action or representative action. For all matters related to this agreement, the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts located within Ukraine.
Miscellaneous.You are responsible for the payment, withholding, filing, and reporting of all taxes, duties, and other government fees related to your activities under the use of the Services. However, the company may, at its discretion, perform any of these actions on your behalf or for itself if it deems necessary. If either party fails to exercise any of its rights, it does not mean they have waived them for the future. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the extent necessary to ensure that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. You and GISP agree that these Terms constitute the complete and exclusive understanding between you and GISP, and supersede all prior written or oral agreements, communications, and other arrangements regarding this matter. You acknowledge that you are not an employee, agent, partner, or participant in a joint venture with GISP and do not have the authority to bind the company in any manner. You and GISP agree that these Terms do not confer any rights to any third parties.
Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, citizens of Russia, Belarus, as well as companies related to them, cannot be participants or users of the Services. The use of services or entering into agreements with such individuals or companies is prohibited. In case such connections are detected, the company reserves the right, without prior notice, to take all necessary precautionary measures, including deleting accounts and data associated with such individuals or companies.
Translations of these Terms into other languages are provided for convenience only. In case of any misunderstandings or discrepancies between translations, the Ukrainian version will prevail.
